License Agreement

This Agreement is between DamonDaDon Ent and the

person or party that has purchased a

certain DamonDaDon Instrumental ("3D Music"). DamonDaDon Ent

and and purchaser agree to the following terms and

conditions:

1. You shall have the right to

duplicate, distribute, sell, broadcast (TV, radio, internet), and

perform publicly the 3D Instrumenatal whenever, however and wherever

2. You shall have the worldwide, right to

synchronize the 3D Music with (movies, TV,

videos, video games, websites).

3. The purchaser agrees to pay 3D the one time fee. No

royalties will ever be owed.

4. You shall have the right to sell an unlimited amount of

copies of the recordings they have created with the 3D instrumental.

5. The purchaser shall have the right to make an unlimited amount of

Money from their use of the 3D Instrumental.

6. In all Projects in which the 3D Music is used, you shall

give credit in substantially one of the following formats only if you want to:

"Produced by [Producer's Full Name]"

"Beat by [Producer's Full Name]"

"Original Music by [Producer's Full Name]"

7. This agreement is for life.
